The predicted growth according to IMF is set to be around 2.5percent for the whole year. The prospect of a robust and healthy economy beckons in the near 2010.

In a draft budget unveiled by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, the Indonesia’s economy is set to grow by 5 percent in 2010. He is bullish about the Indonesian economy and is confident that the economy would grow 5 per cent "or even more" next year, and "even faster" in subsequent years.
